Welcome to The Fish Souq – a brand of Pawaskar Agro & Livestock Enterprises. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to abide by the following terms.

All ornamental fish sold by us are bred ethically, in clean, controlled conditions, under professional guidance. We do not support wild-caught or inhumane practices.

Each fish sold is:

• Healthy at the time of sale
   
• Acclimated to local water conditions
   
• Monitored for 3–7 days before release
   

We do not guarantee life expectancy post-sale, as survival depends on customer’s tank conditions, handling, and acclimatization process.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Payment must be completed before dispatch.
   
• Bulk buyers must confirm quantity & delivery terms beforehand.
   

• Farm visits are by appointment only.
   
• Visitors must adhere to biosecurity and hygiene rules.
   
• Breeding area access is restricted unless otherwise permitted.
